My family and I have used the attorneys at Hankin & Mazel many times over the past 30+ Years. Evey thing from Real Estate Purchases (My Home) to Business transactions. I have referred them to many friends and associates over the years. They always go the extra mile and have never disappointed. Very responsive to my phone calls or emails and now that Jeremy Hankin and Matt Goldberg have joined there team I have had only positive experience when working with them as well. I would not hesitate to refer them for any legal issue that you may have a need for.

We had an extremely positive experience working with the Hankin & Mazel law firm to close on our first home. From beginning to end, they were diligent and responsive, protecting us during contract signing and making sure that all conditions were properly fulfilled at closing. We had the pleasure of working with Matt, who answered our questions day and night, spent countless hours on the phone, and dealt with all parties (sellers, realtors, expeditor, lender) to make sure we closed on time and on our terms. Their service and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations and their fee was more than reasonable.

Terrible. Run away. We had to sign a power of attorney to close remotely. They doubled their fee during the closing to $ 700 to spend one minute looking at two documents sent from me and my wife. Equals $ 42,000 an hour. They choose to wait until everyone was at the closing to inform us that we needed to pay this absorbent fee. Our attorney charge $ 100 for this service and did the lion’s share of the work. Scumbag lawyer jokes exist because guys like this. Such a shame.
