The upsell here is horrendous and duplicitous. Watch their every calculation or you’ll end up paying 1k for 200.00 glasses. Oh, and the mandatory eye exam, even if you just had one and need to replace the glasses you just bought from them bc they broke. Just go somewhere else..

Good service but even with VIP insurance I spent over $ 1k… also this was the first time in 2 decades that two pairs of glasses broke. OK, my fault, but did I suddenly get careless? What really irked me was they first quoted $ 1k for replacement, then bc the lenses were fine, dropped down to $ 200 + for frames. Way over priced and questionable durability… go somewhere else.

Really excellent clinic. Dr Runke was highly recommended; and certainly this is a very nice optometrist with an excellent, knowledgable staff. Very friendly, and will take time to chose just the right frames, and lense options.
