I went here a year ago and it was super tasty, but I went last week and was really disappointed. They charged $ 3.99 to add THREE shrimp to my fetticini Alfredo. The sauce was very bland and noodles were stuck together. A friend got the pizza and that was really good, but not my dish. The staff was really sweet and prompt.

Really good pasta and pizza! One of the other waiters took our pizza so we had to wait for another pizza. Overall it was great besides the mishap. Our waiter did try to offer dessert on the house but we were way too full for it. I will return when I am in the area again.

Wow. The lasagna and pan pizza were good. We came here on a recommendation from our realtor. Since moving to the area we’ve tried one other Italian restaurant and this one by far out performs, from the atmosphere to the food to the staff. Everyone was so nice, as we walked out everyone said bye even the cooks behind the counter. Aside from the food the candlelit tables and $ 2 wine specials added to the awesomeness.

Great food and great service. I had the salmon filet special with pasta and broccoli – delicious. Garlic bread was served complimentary which was really good too.

I’ve traveled a lot and have eaten good food and bad food. My wife and I are particular about what we eat and taste has a huge factor in our decisions. We are not fans of chain restaurants, so we always try to stay local. Tonight we ordered delivery from Primos and we were not disappointed. The delivery time was not a long wait and the food was excellent. I would’ve given them 5 stars, but I have no room in my belly to eat my cannoli and now I must wait. I highly recommend eating here.

Found this hidden gem and we were very pleasantly surprised! In an area where Olive Garden and Red Lobster are penultimate fine dining Witt 4 – 5 star ratings, it’s rewarding to discover an independent place with nice deco, good service and great food! We were referred here by some locals, and when we arrived we thought the place looked tasteful and slightly upscale for the area. Inside was nicely appointed(a few minor wears, but nothing that jumps out) and inviting, set a little too dim for my taste, but nice for intimate dining. We were greeted immediately, seated and served quickly. Holly, our server, was cheerful and attentive throughout the meal. More importantly, she was honest, letting me know gnocchi was not made in-house. Started off meal with appetizers: roasted goat cheese(sauce was fantastic — could have made a meal of it. Asked if we could lick the pot!), steamed clams(nice garlic wine broth) and Utica greens(sautéed with bacon). Entrées were veal Marsala, mussels marinara and ravioli. All were excellent. Finally, finished off with tiramisu, cheesecake and cannoli. Fortunately we were assured that all the calories had been removed. Overall an excellent meal. It was a Tuesday evening around 7:30 when we arrived, which may explain why there were only a couple of other tables filled. In another location this would be a good 4-star place, but is probably the best it it’s locality.

This resturant always delivers with excellent food and service. We have gone here multiple times and never been dis-satisfied. The food is wonderful; I have not had the same thing twice because I have wanted to try everything. Their daily specials is what gets me… they are great and slowing my progress thru the menu. The service is always exceptional. Antoinette was extremely friendly and courteous. Bottom line… go here for a great meal in a great environment and great restaurant.

Went for dinner recently and it was excellent. We ordered appetizers which came out quickly and were quite good. For our main courses, we ordered manicotti and chicken riggies. The chicken in the chicken riggies was the most tender I’ve ever had. Deserts are mostly home made and the staff was great– good people who appreciate your business. Skip the chain restaurants and try Primo’s.

Do not get the filet. It was the most expensive thing on the menu, I ordered medium rare and it only had a slight bit of pink in the very center. I would have called what I got medium well or well, it was completely dry. Very disappointing for the price. When the waitress came around I told her it was over-done but unfortunately, as I explained, being on a tight timeline, I did not have have the time to wait another 30+ minutes for them to cook another steak. Was charged full price. Very disappointing birthday dinner.

Great food quick service and decent prices! Try the chicken riggies! Pizza is ok here but id say they’re better at the sit down meals.

Went with my son. Had the chicken alfredo. Best I’ve had in Watertown area, blows Olive Garden away. Bread appetizer was fresh baked and very good. Portion size excellent. Under 40 $ with tip, very good. recommend highly.

I HOPE this place doesnt make it! I drove by every day and always wanted to stop to eat. it looked cute… so needing a date night with my husband we decided to go… When my husband and I walked in we had a reservation and went to the host stand .The owner was standing near by eating a salad. to busy to seat us… she informed us the hostess would be right back… we finally got seated and the waitress was nice. My husband ordered a bottle of wine(we dont get out much any more… brand new baby) We watched from our table –the owners wife tried to open our bottle wine. she could not… maybe her hands were slippery for the salad… so the owner came up from the back to open our wine… the server didnt even pour it… she just dropped it off… we ordered an appetizer and it was still frozen in the middle… we sent it back and the server appologized and got us another and told us she would take it off the bill. The was a nice gester… but an owner should have stopped at our table… the entrees were good… but nothing better than anything else in town… when leaving we ran into the owner and told him about the experience we had, I mentioned the wine not opened at the table or even that we had to pour it ourselves. and the topper for me was his wife standing there eating rather than seating us. his reply was…“Its not her job.” My thought is when you own a resturant… nothing should be beneath you! Everything is an owners job! We spent a hundred dollar… thats not bad for an 2 entrees and a bottle of wine .but the level of service and price dont match… I told my husband next time we will go into watertown… spend less and get better service.

The food was absolutely excellent. My husband had the garlic pizza with pepperonis and I had the vodka pasta, which I am still thinking about(& drooling– seriously, best vodka sauce I’ve ever had.) The garlic bread that comes out before the meal was perfectly warm, so soft, & tasted straight from the oven. I took off 1 star for the building/ambiance. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, and while inside it was dimly lit & romantic, it still wasn’t as nicely decorated as I think it could be. The staff was friendly enough, but not overly so.

Went there for lunch today. Their special was lasagna rolls. Interesting idea, but not so good execution. Cooking the lasagna noodle this was caused them to dry out. The insides were cheesy, but rather bland. They were also kind of messy to eat that way. The hostess was very friendly, but the waitress was cold and distant. Once the food was delivered, we never saw her again for drink refills until the check was brought. Service has been an issue here before, so it was not too surprising. Doubt I’ll be going back though.

This place has some definite ups and downs. I’ll break everything down as best as I can: FOOD: The food was decent. I had a burger for lunch one day, and it was cooked to order and delicious. Their sandwiches and burgers come with your choice of house-made potato chips or french fries. I had a calzone today, and while it was good it was WAY too big. It was about 4 inches in diameter and around 11 inches long. They come with mozzarella and ricotta, 2 items of your choice, and marinara sauce on the side — no fries, vegetables, or anything. THEREWASSOMUCHPEPPERONIINMYCALZONETHAT I COULDHAVEMADE3LARGEPIZZAS. My other item was Italian sausage, which tasted like it was pre-packaged. It even still had a bratwurst-like casing to it. I’ve also had some of their pizza. It was good with a tasty sauce, plenty of cheese, and a thick doughy crust, but it was very greasy. While I’m discussing food, I’ll mention beverages: They DON’T have a soda fountain; they have a soda hose. This way when you order a drink, the first half consists of whatever the last drink was. I made sure to drink their fresh brewed ice tea. SERVICE: The service was slow. It wasn’t the servers themselves, but the food coming out of the kitchen. Remember that burger? It took so long to get the burger out that by the time it reached me my «fresh» potato chips were lukewarm at best! We’ve sat and waited up to a half hour for our food when there were only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant. The servers came around fairly often and did a nice job of making sure we were satisfied. However, they all displayed a peculiar behavior: they wouldn’t offer to refill your drink until it was COMPLETELY empty! Since all of the servers I’ve seen from this restaurant did this, I can only assume that it is a taught behavior from the«first time restaurateur» ownership. ATMOSPHERE: The restaurant itself is fairly quaint. It is not a large place, and it is nothing spectacular. However, much of the interior appears to have at least been cleaned up and redone. The fanciest thing is probably the wooden bar in the dining room. It is a nice looking bar with a large rack of hanging glasses. Along with the hanging glasses is an attribute that essentially kills whatever quaintness the restaurant had: the owner’s wife. She spends all day wiping glasses obsessively while people watching around the dining room. Her spectacles hang just past the very tip of her nose, and from behind them she sneers at everybody as though they were beneath her. She was very upsetting to the feel of the restaurant, and I did NOT feel very welcome. Her obsessive wiping — despite nobody drinking from the glasses — did not help the appearance of her demeanor in any way what so ever. In the end the food was ok, and most of the staff was nice. However, given the choice I would not eat here very often at all. The problem is the lack of choices close to Fort Drum…
