I took the aerial yoga class And it was wonderful experience! I loved how it combined traditional yoga postures with being in the air on silks. After the class, I felt light yet grounded. It is definitely worth a try!

My friend, Jill, is the brainchild behind this fantastic circus school for children and adults! She has all sorts of classes, and I stopped by the open house today and got to «fly» in the silks! I was a little hesitant at first. But, Jill was such a professional and started me off in a very safe pose so that I could feel secure before I lifted off the ground.
I also love how happy and bright the practice space is!
