Ashlie deserves more than 5 stars. I am new to the area and she made me feel so comfortable and did a great job coloring and cutting my hair. And Jamie Also cut my husbands hair and did a great job. Reasonable prices and a great place to go. We definitely will continue to go back again and again.

Best place in the Grayslake area! Price, talent and atmosphere! they took me at moments notice and Ashlie totally listened to me. I walked out with exactly what I wanted! That’s rare! I highly recommend not only the salon but Ashlie for your next hair appointment! her texturing and razor skills are above average! thank you Ashlie!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Friendly, professional and exactly like hanging at a friends house for a hair cut.
Our stylist is Ashlie and we can’t say enough about the great service we have gotten. Won’t go anywhere else, period.

I was there for 2 hours for a boys haircut, even though we had an appointment. We got there and his stylist was running late. Which was fine, that happens. But after we waited 40 minutes, they informed us that we were going to get SKIPPED so that they stylist «could get caught up.» I was dumbfounded by this. She took the customer after us, and we had to wait another 25 minutes for the next available stylist! Did I mention we had an appointment? By this time the salon was closed, even though our appt had been for 2 hours before closing… so in order for them to leave on time, they didn’t blow dry my son’s hair, even though I paid for it. My son left with soaking wet hair, in the middle of winter. No apologies, no effort to make amends

One of the best salons I’ve been to. Not only is it affordable, but the stylists are GREAT! I’ve gotten my hair cut there three times and my go to stylist is Cyndi C. She’s nice, friendly and cuts my hair exactly how I ask her to. She does not pressure me to buy products or cut my hair more than I feel comfortable. The last time I was there, I asked her for some product advice and bought Moroccan Oil at a great price. The first time Cyndi cut my hair was right before my friend’s wedding a year ago and she even styled (blow-​dried and showed me step by step what the best method for curling my long and thick hair would be…) Truly a homey, welcoming atmosphere. I would go back any day! Price is for wash, cut and style.
