Ronnie takes great pride in his work and is a problem solver. We had a difficult project involving a side light next to our front door. Ronnie worked through it and discovered a way to replace the glass without needing an entire new side light. Saved me a lot of money and did a great job!

I received a quote from LDS last September to fix a window that had cracked and then dragged my feet on it till March when I finally called to have the work done. I had an issue with another window so they came out to look at that and re-​checked their measurements for the cracked window. Two weeks later both windows are fixed and they even honored my quote from last year! Great service and quick response!

The crazy wind last week somehow blew out a casement window in our condo and completely broke the latch at the bottom. It was dangling over the sidewalk below and was a big problem.
I rang LDS and said my situation was an emergency, and about 20 minutes later, I received a call from a woman who said Ronnie was wrapping up another project only four miles from me and was going to be at my place in 20 minutes.
When Ronnie arrived, he worked SO quickly — it was mind boggling! He saw the window, ran back down to his truck, brought his equipment and assistant upstairs and within 15 minutes — BOOM! Fixed window! I was so grateful at how quickly he fit me in and how incredibly he worked, I had to give the man a hug!
Ronnie was professional, fast, and had incredible pricing. I was so impressed! I will definitely be ringing him again for other window/​door problems.

LDS was very professional and prompt. We had four windows replaced of varying sizes and they did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend their services.

First off, sent new employee to come measure windows, stayed too long, talked too much (his divorce, his band, and his life as retired fireman), text me seveal times late night when there was no need. Wanted to come a second time to make sure «he did it right.»
Owner Ronnie and his son came to do the work after several weeks of waiting for parts to come in. Window glass was ordered in wrong size, had to be re-​ordered. The ONE balancer I was told I needed was put into wrong window. I watched as Ronnie drill screws direcly in window frames to have them stay in place, which I know was not the proper thing to do.
The «Wellness Service» is nothing but a $ 35 dollar charge for them to spray a version of WD40 on the tracks– DO NOT BE FOOLED. Was told at estimate they clean window sills, Owner Ronnie scoffed at that. There were Ronnies paw prints all over my windows, house and furniture.
Ronnie and another son came for a second trip to now replace window glass in correct size. I mentioned that the windows were not in any better working order, many were WORSE after his handy work. Ronnine became crass and rude, telling me that I was the one that didn’t want to spent the money to get them working, that ALL the balancers needed replacing. I reminded him, I was told by HIS company only one window needed them. He then again offered to «respray» his metal lube, which I refused to let him do.
And just an FYI, Lauren in «billing» is his wife.
This is obviously a small family run company. I feel dupped and I way overpaid to have my windows in exact same working condition, or worse as before LDS came. At least I have Ronnies hand prints high on my window to wave BYE BYE!

I have specialized windows. LDS returned my call on a Sunday to be sure I was not «freezing» due to the broken window. Ronnie came out the next week to check the type of window I had.
Ronnie took the time to explain what was needed to be done, after he reviewed the information, I was told I only needed one «square» of glass instead of an entire «sash», was extremely through, and is a craftsman/​artist in his field. LDS not only saved me money on not replacing the entire sash, they were honest in what my needs actually were.
I will be using them again in the Spring for the sills and other window repairs/​up keep.
I said not sure on the credit cards since I wrote a check.

Professional and efficient. Came out within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment to fix a broken window. Conducted thorough examine and provided a fair estimate. Half due upon placement of order, remainder due upon completion of job. Said it would take about 2 weeks to get window in. Provided estimate via email. Corresponded by email with updates then scheduled installation once window was in. Called about 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to say they were on their way. Window was replaced in a very professional manner. Cleaned sight when they were done. Very happy with overall service. Would definitely use them again.
