I consistently get really good coffee here. I live much closer to 2 other DDs, but when I dont feel like taking a chance at mediocre coffee and I have the time, I will go ten miles out of my way, passing up other DDs to come to this one.

Luke and Prikash made our evening, even though it was 10:07pm they stayed open and served us the best blasts ever. It’s really nice to see that there are still employees with exceptional customer service and genuine care for their customers. They both deserve a raise.

I stop here on the way to work. Drive thru is fast and they are always courteous. Nice job to the staff.

Serious attention to food safety and sanitation at this DD location!
Server went from
mopping the floor,
to a cash register at drive thru
Then served me without washing his hands.
That said:
I bought three (3) donuts reluctantly.
Quality:
Two (2) of the three donuts were:
stale, hard and just not edible.
Customer service:
I tried to call; using both telephone numbers shown on receipt. NO answer NO greeting, NO customer service.
Recommendation:
Dunkin’ Donuts Corporate — Needs to step in FAST to avoid food safety issues and to protect their brand.

Every time I go to D & D I get more and more disappointed. Their donuts are below average and tasted old, their iced coffee tasted burnt and was extremely watery, and their tuna melt I couldn’t even stomach. Just no.

The one star rating here is for the lousy service this place offers up… especially if your a walk in.
I trust your familiar with Dunkin Donuts and I personally like DD’s but of all things my favorite is the Vanilla Cream Filled donut… and this place does not have them.
However, I don’t let the lack of the Vanilla Cream filled donuts stop me from going to a DD’s… it’s the rude and lousy service which stops me from coming to this place.
