Burger King

I have since contacted corporate Burger King to express my concerns about the Grayslake location. They took the information and promised to have someone contact me to discuss the situation. No one has ever called me back. Bottom line — Since BK is not interested in correcting the problem there’s truly no sense in being frustrated with their poor service. I now completely ignore this restaurant and visit others in the area. I recommend the same to others.

Came here to get some food with friends so we parked and went to go in Burger King. I love their fries so I was super excited to get some!
To our disappointment, it was closed? On the sign, it says that they close at 12am but we came 30 minutes prior their closing. It would be more understandable if it closed 5 – 10 minutes prior to closing but 30 minutes?

After eating my meal, all I can say is I disagree with the reviews of this place. I admit that I haven’t ordered their breakfast menu or order anything late at night. But when I stopped by the afternoon to grab a quick bite, the cashier was friendly and welcoming inside. I never ordered from here, and I believe that shouldn’t change the experience or service as well. Hopefully you’ll give it another try and see for yourself.

Been sitting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. Have no clue what is going on inside this place. The worst thing is that they have a curb along the land so I can’t drive off.

I stopped by a few evenings ago and used the drive-​thru. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and one other item. The girl repeated back the other item, and I confirmed but noted that the order included a chicken Caesar salad. She asked what kind of dressing did I want. Well… Caesar. The screen that displays your order did not appear to be working. In a few minutes it was my turn at the window. After paying I was asked to pull up to wait since they were making my salad. No problem, freshly cooked chicken sounded good to me. I waiting a good 10 mins, maybe more like 15. The person who brought the food apologized for the wait. No problem, if it was freshly made, I had no problem with the wait. When I arrived home and opened the bag, right away I noticed there was no chicken in the salad. I waited 10 – 15 mins for them to toss lettuce tomato, and Parmesan in to a bowl… On further inspection, I found my fork, and for whatever reason they also tossed in a knife… but no dressing or croutons. So I had a bland, room temperature salad without dressing. I tried to call the restaurant but the line was busy for the rest of the evening. No, thanks, maybe next I’ll try a salad from Arbys.

Quick service. Rude employees. Cold food. Only reason I came here is because I work next door and had a couple hours to kill. The girl up front seemed inconvenienced she had a customer to deal with– like I was interrupting her personal conversation. Only good thing is the freestyle pop machine.

Go out of my way this morning because I wanted an egg and bacon burrito. Order, make sure I tell her NO CHEESE. Get to work… I have a sausage, egg and cheese burrito… dammit…I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER!

The food was hot and fresh, the play ground clean, I gave them 4 stars because the service was so so. the people don’t seem to notice you right away don’t ask questions seem kinda zombie like lol

The food was OK, the same as every other BK. Why the rating?
1. Considering how many customers were there, the wait time for this «fast food» was a little too long.
2. The TV is too loud. I don’t really want to listen to a (bad) news station while I eat, and the TV could be heard at even the farthest seat.
3. Ketchup comes in those little packets. Sorry, it is too time consuming to be opening up a half dozen or more of these packets.

I don’t go to Burger King much anymore, and this Grayslake location doesn’t make me want to either. Apparently, they have become so lazy that they don’t believe in Whoppers for breakfast, because I tried to order one and they told me their broiler wasn’t working. Maybe if they actually tried their own breakfast they would understand that some of us want a friggin whopper for breakfast!
It’s one thing if you have fantastic employees and bad food, or bad employees and fantastic food, but when you consistently have bad employees and bad food, you’re on your way out of business.

Drive Thru. Slow. No fries, asked me to pull up. 20min, 8 other cars go by. Still no food! Never again will this be my lunch break destination!
