Took My Nexus 10 tablet there to get repaired and brought in another one for spare parts to make 1 good one. Well I got both back working! This place is great. Took only 2 – 3 hours to get both working and I only expected to get 1 back working

My Galaxy Note 5 was fixed on the spot in less than 10 minutes by 911 Tech Repair. I tried AT&T and also a Samsung rep at Best Buy. Neither place could get the pen unstuck from my phone and they said I had to send my phone out somewhere to see if it can be fixed. I was not about to have my phone sent to Timbuktoo! Thank goodness 911 Tech Repair could fix it so fast and for way less then I was expecting!

Dropped my MacBook Pro off on Tuesday, initially went to bestbuy but they told me I was looking at around $ 450 to because I needed a new hard drive, 911 tech ran 2 test and confirmed it was indeed my hard drive. Long story short, they replaced my hard drive, did a update of my software, and did a data transfer, and I have my MacBook back today(Thursday, yes 2 days later), just in time to revise my report due in the morning. Great and fast service!

Do not bring your stuff to 911 tech repair. They can’t accurately tell you when your item will be fixed or actually fix your computer at all. I was told it would be a week or less for repairs and it actually took 9 weeks. They didn’t return my phone calls so I had to drive over and inquire why it was taking so long in person. They ended up charging me a $ 100 and told me it was just a .25 cent part but the rest was for labor and diagnosing the problem. The laptop stopped working 3 days later. Waste of time and money.

I brought in my Canon camera, which was having an issue with the lens not retracting. The guy said that he was a little backed up at the moment(this was on a Saturday morning) but should be able to take a look Monday evening or Tuesday morning, and would give me a call then. I’ll spare you all the tedious details of the next month, but in summary, I never received a single phone call back– not when he said he would call, not when I’d leave multiple messages in a week, not when I actually managed to get ahold of him and he’d say he just needed to check one thing and would call me back in 10 minutes. Every time I did manage to get ahold of him, it seemed like he couldn’t remember what camera I was talking about, and then it would be one thing or another– waiting for some fuse he’d ordered, having sent it to a camera expert at one of the other stores, trying to hear back from a factory in China– the story of what was supposedly being tried, changed every time. Finally after a full month, I retrieved my camera, unrepaired. Actually, it was was off than when I dropped it off– a piece was missing from a front panel(that he’d forgotten to put in when reassembling the camera– ???), another piece had supposedly fallen apart(despite that it had never had any issue before…) and I realized later that the strap was missing as well. Maybe they do ok for small jobs that can be fixed on the spot, but don’t trust them or expect any customer service if you have a job that needs to be dropped off. I’ll certain never use this place again. Waste of my time and money.

Awesome quick service and the same rate as Apple! You simply can’t beat that, very professional and had my iPhone 6 repaired in less that 30 minutes! I will be back for sure and recommend to all my friends and Unilocalers! I am sure I will crack my screen again unfortunately and I will be back!
