If you’re looking for a super cheap place to stay in the Grayling area and you’re not the camping type, I suppose this is the place for you. I stayed for just a night when my camping trip was cut short by bad weather, and I’m not picky but this place was pretty sketchy. The lobby was nice so I had high expectations but that’s where it ended. Bedding consisted of a fleece blanket and a bed scarf(under which I found a dirty tissue, so apparently they don’t wash sheets between guests), and it was freezing in the room. Beds were actually really comfy other than that. The pool room was really gross and everything was rusty, and the towels provided were literally hand towels. Breakfast was meh, nothing to write home about. If you’re willing to spend maybe 20 dollars more and it isn’t booked, I’d suggest the Days Inn up the road. Would not book again.

Pros: Convenient location Exhaust fan in bathroom Great A/C Comfortable, softer bed Cons: Hair on sheets in arrival Whole place stunk of powerful BO Way!!! Overpriced for quality and relative hotels Old tube TV Don’t listen to Trip Advisor, there is no way this is a 4 even if just compared to relatively similar hotels.

This was a cheap solution to busy booked hotel weekends in Michigan. Close to a lot of big city attractions too! The pool and hot tub were nice. Only downside we really had was the room was a little stuffy and smelled a little musty. That went away as soon as we kicked on the air!
