Pal’s is the In-​N-​Out of the Tri Cities. Best sweet tea for miles, and speediest service of any fast food place in the area. The food quality is impressive for fast food. The people at the window are always friendly and cheerful, and will accommodate virtually any request you make while ordering. They are also the only fast food restaurant to have gotten every single order of mine accurate in the 6+ years I’ve lived here.
My only wish is that they would serve cheddar rounds all day. Not all of us are awake from 6am-​1030am!

A Tri-​Cities icon, Pal’s is one of the places I miss by not living here anymore. Since we have been in town this week I have been here EVERY morning to pick up breakfast and coffee. The service is always friendly and FAST (which is a good thing since they market themselves as «sudden service».
The cheddar rounds are the most delectable little things to go with breakfast and I was amazed this week at how good the coffee is. Food is fresh but don’t visit expecting a «healthy» menu. Pal’s still needs to work on that! They do advertise that they will customize your order to fit your «dietary needs» but, let’s face it, how healthy can you make hamburgers, hot dogs, and fried foods?
All in all, a terrific place to eat!
