A few hiccups with our wedding here, but the worst was Sounds Unlimited (The DJ they recommended) I’ve had a few others ask about getting married here and I always say yes, but give them our small horror story with the DJ just to make sure they don’t use them. The venue is so pretty and the catering service was fantastic.

We went to my brother in law’s reception here. The management was completely rude to the BRIDE! The owner called her a fowl name, shut down everything early over an invoice discrepancy, and made every guest running a tab wait 40 minutes to get their credit cards back. Customer service was poor. Nice place and good food. If your ok with someone surprising you with an extra $ 2k Bill (not in writing) at the end of the night, and disrespecting your guests, great place to have a wedding!

Really appalled at how they conduct business. We have a number of complaints about the owner and are disappointed that our friend’s beautiful wedding ended in turmoil (and tears!) because of your their lacl of professionalism and honesty. Hope you change your ways or get into a different type of business. Do not get married here. If you want details I can refer you to the bride herself.

Do not hire their recommended DJ, ‘Sounds Unlimited’.
Worst customer service ever. After telling the Dj that they were playing a song for the second time that night, he responded «I heard you the first f’ing three times». Did not follow through on contract, was rude to every person that approached them and threatened to shut down and pack up in the middle of the reception. Not recommended. Very unprofessional.
