I am SO done with Walgreens! I have never experienced worse service! I don’t know if they need to hire more people or they just need more competent people! The wait for one prescription is unbelievable. I really do not know how they stay in business. We’re going to try to change our pharmacy immediately, if we can’t it will certainly be a huge factor in the drug supplement we buy for next year! I’m SICK of this!

If there was a zero star rating, I would choose it. Prescriptions are never ever done on time, and the staff does not keep their word. If they say they will fill a prescription later that afternoon, don’t expect it to be ready for at least another week. Once I needed my prescriptions filled and I called twice, stopped by three times, and they said the prescription was «lost» and they’d refill it. It took two weeks to get my prescription after that. My recent fiasco included a clerical error on their part, only refilling 15 pills instead of 30, and they have not fixed it. They don’t communicate prescription changes until you figure it out on your own the hard way. I love Walgreens and its convenience, but run far, far away from this one if you want to save yourself the stress.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE service in the pharmacy. I got there to pick up my prescription that I had been notified was ready 3 hours before, and there was nobody in line in front of me. I still had to wait a half an hour standing at the counter before anyone even asked what I needed, and then when they finally did, took the manager about 15 minutes to find my prescription. An hour spent on an errand that should have taken ten minutes. Ass holes.

The staff are nice. They do not hold to their own procedures. I did an online renewal of a prescription and got an email that said it was ready two days later. I went in 4 days after I renewed on line and still nothing. I came back twice after that and nothing was done. Horrible service. Wrote to the CEO, got the district manager calling me. He said inexcusable. Well went in again yesterday. Said the prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. I hurt and needed to eat (had not eatten for 18 hours) I asked because I would have gone to get something to eat if it was going to take 30 minutes. I had also asked them for only the one prescription I needed. I had 3 on record to fill. Well one hour later they gave me my prescription plus the two I didnt want. I was livid. I have a call into the district manager again. Very poor service.

I like the store and the employees are nice, however it’s slow to get a prescription filled. It seems they are understaffed and have difficulty filling orders in a timely manner. Hope management can correct this issue.

Wish I could go back to Rite-​aid or CVS but my insurance charges more for out of network.

Understaffed pharmacy that is always busy and my perscription is never ready on time. I like their sale section and looking around the store but its not good for people who need their meds on time.

I have had nothing but grief from Walgreens. I live a distance from GV. and would love to pick up my medication all at once. Which I worked out with my Dr. But the pharmacy seems to not understand and I always have problems. Dr. ordered 90 pills, got home and there were 30. So have to go back again. I could go on and on about things that have happened to me. I would change but Rite Aid is no better. Not sure about CVS. Thats all they need at Walgreens is more help. Most of the people are very friendly.

terrible pharmecy, I dropped off a prescription on a Monday, it should have been ready in 24 hours, when I came to pick it up it had never been processed. I went back on Thursday, it was still not processed. I called the following Monday and they had no record of it at all. After I called my doctor it was finally ready the next day and the price was six times higher than what I had been told. Will never go back, we honestly never needed a Walgreens on the corner of Rite Aid and CVS.
