I have never had to get carpet before and had no idea how much it would cost! I shopped around and found Packard Discount to be very reasonable and priced for the market.
Not only was the price fair, but the product was great and the customer service was fantastic! I would highly recommend them!

I went in a time ago looking for some carpet and «Tiny» the owner was busy talking to one of his buddies. I waited for about 10 minutes. I kept looking over at him figuring he would finally ask me if he could help me, but that was too much trouble for him. I left.

I recently had Packard Carpet do a job for me and it was a great experience. Everything went perfectly and the job looks great. More important to me than just getting a good job at a fair price is the people I deal with.
I have a contracting background myself so I notice how employees and management interact. The installers who came out to do my job were totally professional, kind, patient and friendly. They were not just paid labor or independent contractors. I really felt they were part of the family at Packard and that the owner and manager know how to treat people.
I found a flooring company I can use for the rest of my life or at least as long as I live in this area.
You won’t be disappointed.
