Johnsons Asphalt Paving Inc

I want to thank Ryan Atwood and team with Johnson Asphalt Paving. I am very pleased with the whole process including the finished results. They started Tuesday and finished Wednesday. I found them to be very professional, experienced, excellent work ethic and competitive pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone considering any asphalt/​paving improvement.

I had Johnson seal coat my driveway earlier this week and am very pleased with the results.
I hesitated to call Johnson to do the job because they had only three reviews: One reviewer was very unhappy, another was very satisfied, and the third was from Santa Rosa so I’m not sure they were reviewing this company. That’s not a lot to go on.
Then, I happened to drive past a house that just had its driveway seal coated by Johnson. I stopped in and asked the homeowner her opinion of the job and had a look for myself. The job looked great: The coating was even and thick, the edges along the house and/​or cement walkways were sharp and precise, with no sealant overlapping onto the house or walkways. The homeowner used Johnson a few years back and was satisfied. The next time she had three companies bid and went with the low bidder. That company was not Johnson and she was not happy with the results. This time she didn’t even bother with a bid. She called Johnson, had them do the work and was happy with the result.
So, I called Johnson and left a message. I received a call back the next day. Josh was in the vicinity and was at my house in less than half an hour. He gave a reasonable bid and had an opening for the next day. He and his co-​worker arrived the next morning at the time promised, actually, they arrived a little early, and got started immediately. They did a thorough job of blowing, taping, and scrubbing the edges of the driveway. They did a great job of applying the sealant evenly and thickly. When finished, Josh answered all my questions about how long we should wait to walk on it, drive on it, etc. He even told me what not to do for the first week or so while the sealant cures. It looks great. A person driving by even stopped to tell me «Your driveway looks really good.» Now if I could just convince the needles and leaves to stay off the driveway…

Thanks for the added value on our road. Kind and highly recommended. The crew were very knowledgable and gave us good advice. We’ll be calling them soon.

Johnsons is competitive, came when they said they would, communicated bids etc by e mail.
Workers were on time, polite and our driveway looks great.
Would highly reccomend.
