Very happy. Anthony showed up ready to work @ 7:15 am on a cold rainy day. He got the stains out from a small dog, on off white carpet nonetheless! Carpets were dry in an hour and look GREAT ! Thanks Anthony, and Tim for working us in your schedule. Will use you again for sure…

I have a vacation place in Grass Valley and I’d heard good things about this service so I decided to give them a try. We’d hired a guy that called himself «Sorg» to come and look at our broken dryer, he managed to track something that smelled like a cross between navel lint and ear wax, on to our carpets.
They did a great job! No more stink and the carpets look amazing. Great price, on time and affordable stain guard upgrades. I’ll definitely use them again. Not «Sorg» though. He was worthless.
