DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Congdon may be number one in sales because he is a bully and not truthful. The worst customer service we have ever experienced! The market can be bad, but this office will not guide you, but simply tell you to «sign the papers». Also, don’t expect to actually speak to the broker, unless you are giving them more $. Simply the worst. Save yourself the hearth ache and use an agent that is willing to assist you. Buying or selling a house is supposed to be a thrilling time — not a terrorizing one. There are many agents that want to help — these folks do not.
