Bob’s Discount Flooring installed a hardwood floor in my upstairs cabin. It was a challenging job because the old floor wasn’t level, it had a few dips and peaks in the subfloor. There was also a bannister base and sliding doors that needed precise fitting.
I was very pleased that the installation was quick and neat and on budget! The floor is beautiful and it fits perfectly.
I am going back to BDF for another installation– I like the no-​nonsense approach that they have in their showroom. There are no high-​pressure salespeople, you are free to browse at your leisure. Also the prices are clearly marked and fair. You can shop around because there are a lot of flooring places in the area. But Bob’s has a great selection of good quality hardwoods and carpets at fair prices, you should definitely stop by if you’re looking for flooring.

Horrible! Don’t these people realize they are not the only flooring company around! Very unprofessional and rude. They actually carpeted over my daughter’s closet tracks and didn’t come back to fix it along with several other issues that were completely inexcusable. I have never been so furious and poorly treated by any retail store in my life.
They are pushy and non-​appreciative. Buying a used car from a car salesman was a better experience.
There are hundreds of other flooring places that treat people better with the same product! I will never shop here again, ever!
