Rene and Chris have a personality that are warm and energetic. It surely shows within the business. Rene doesn’t make you feel rushed but takes the time to educate you on what she knows can be the right path for you. Right now my husband and I are starting to get ready to purchase our first home. Of course this is a whole new chapter in our life and have no clue where to start. However, Rene has taken the time to explain options and what we need to do to begin eliminating what can be seen as a negative for approval. As for Chris, he’s a smart and diligent individual. Always ensuring that clients are welcomed. We highly recommend ASM!!!

When we decided we were ready to buy our first home, Rene and the staff at ASM helped us every step of the way. From the start they helped us create a plan so we were ready to be financed. Chris was always helpful with getting things processed quickly! When searching they showed us different price ranges available and knew the best areas for my family. Shonda and Rene were always reliable and available when we needed them. No matter who helps you through the process there are hiccups, but they were honest and fought to get us what we needed! I highly recommend them and appreciate everything they have done! PS we LOVE our beautiful new home, it’s exactly what we were looking for!!!

I contacted ASM at the beginning of June for refinancing of two homes. It is now the beginning of August and I haven’t heard from anyone for weeks. If a mortgage lender cannot do a deal, fine. However, to leave a prospective client in the dark is indefensible.
