My sister said their classes are great, but I have not used them for that. I went in after being at the lake all day this past summer and I was not dressed my best. Nothing like being followed around in a small store. I believe I can look for thread colors on my own, but they insisted on «helping» me and my grandsons. Just have to go to Michael’s next time and frequent a big box store. Prefer to give my money to local businesses, but not this one.

I’ve been to a lot of grumpy condescending machine repairmen before finding Sewing World. This place really stands out for having consistently friendly helpful staff and AMAZING service. They’ve saved my butt multiple times in a crisis. This time by overnighting a motor for me and fixing my machine in less than a day! I get all of my new equipment here, they’re always honest and straightforward about what you need instead of pushing for a sale. They pretty much have my business forever!

Great customer service. Went in to find out information about embroidery machines. They took their time, explained multiple options, levels, and benefits. Never felt rushed or like we were asking too many questions. Very impressed.

These guys were awesome to work with. They didn’t try to up sell me when I came in looking for a new machine. I even asked about more expensive machines and different lines and they gave me an honest opinion as to why each machine was worth purchasing or not for my needs. The floriani thread there is amazing to work with on your embroidery machine. Tim even tweaked my other machine I didn’t purchase from there for me for free just for purchasing one from them. They also don’t make you feel like you’re wasting their time by asking beginner questions. It was a refreshing experience. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I did have to wait a little bit to get someone to help me as they seem understaffed but that’s typical of a small business. :)
