S.S. Noah Playcare Center

My daughter has been going there off an on for almost a year, and cries every time I tell that she is going to Noah’s. At first I thought it was separation anxiety because she was 2, but when she started going to an AWESOME mother’s day out program 2 days a week and loved it there. TODAY, I picked up my daughter from Noah’s since mother’s day out is out for the summer and I went to put her in the carseat to find she had 3 bite marks on her arm. NO ONE mentioned it when I picked her up! I walked back inside to let them know what I found and to show them and there reply was yeah we have a bitter, seriously! They did tell me that a kid had bite another kid and they had an incident report for that kiddo and the parents had been notified but no one knew that this happened to my kid as well. I was told there policy is after the kid bites 3 times that he/​she is not aloud back, but if the kid was a KNOWN bitter and bit my daughter and another kid… that makes 3. I was told that all kids bite, however my daughter managed to go to Mother’s Day out for 9 months and didn’t get bitten or bite anyone else… hello if ya’ll would watch what is going on and be engaged with the kids this wouldn’t happen. If I get into a situation where I need a sitter I will try the SS Noah in Keller even thou I live less than 5miles from this one.

My husband and I had plans at a local painting place there in Grapevine. He took off work early and I got ready, got my children ready and we rushed to drop the kids of at the establishment only to find the hours had changed to 8pm during the week (posted on a piece of paper in the window). Very frustrating when then website still has 10pm. We had to cancel our plans and also have a re-​booking fee we have to pay. Not cool. Very disappointed in this business.

SO I call in and they said they would get back to me. Never happened. I highly recommend you NOT take your kids to the place.

Omg! My kids LOVED it. I am visiting from CA and had to go somewhere w/​o the kids. My daughter wants me to go do something else so she can go back… ouch is mommy boring or what ;)
