Rapid Refill

After trying to purchase a computer for the wifes XMASS PRESENT we went to our local WALMART, they selling them like hotcakes on the griddle. HP was good rep, good service, and the best. OR SO WE THOUGHT. the nightmare started when we went to the store to get a present, after buying the Puter not more than a few days go by and WHAM. the going back and forth between the service center and myself. My Wife thought that Myself and the Girl driver from FED-​EX were having an affair.lol. on Dec 5 I proceded to open up my door to a vision ONLY FED EX could deliver, our puter, OR SO WE HOPED. Immediately I noticed that the box must have played baseball or football because it was beat to hell. And the FEDEX lady said when you take possession it don’t get ANY BETTER !!! boy oh boy how I wished she was wrong… I grabbed the box and something inside moved… I know what I sent the repair center, I just don’t know what I got back. I called the 800 number given and omg the response was your kidding right?. needless to say Michael from HP OR GOD said theres No way we or FEDEX did this and don’t dare file a claim!!! well I called back and after putting very horrifc notes on the HP Site Mikes Boss called and apologized. It Seems that Mikes GOD complex got to them as well. SO DONT LET anyone get over on you… My Wife will get her present and the folks @ FEDEX will make sure of it… thanks FedEx:) it pays to hold onto E– MAIL. say it forget it write it regret it… have a nice day!:)
