I was beyond thrilled with the experience of shopping at the Lilly Southlake store. I worked with Alexis and there could not be a kinder, more patient associate! She went above and beyond to find items for me, suggest other dress options and to call stores to locate the dresses that I wanted. Alexis make my shopping experience so much fun and memorable, too.

Worst customer service ever! Collected over $ 1000 worth of merch to try on and was not asked once in 30 minutes in the store, if they could assist. Girls were giggling and chatting behind register and could not have care less if I purchased anything! I didn’t and will take my business elsewhere. The new Belk at Galleria has a nice Lily section and are very helpful.

Super-​sweet staff that patiently waited on me while I tried on what seemed like the entire store. :) They offered me a bottle of water when I first walked in the door and even went into the back and called other stores to check on a pair of shorts for me. Helpful and accommodating… I’ll definitely shop here again instead of searching for Lilly in a random department store.
