I recently completed a one-​year lease which ran flawlessly! I was never overcharged, never inconvenienced, maintenance was always performed within 24 hours, and on move out, I was refunded my FULL deposit amount! The management here was awesome and they made a real attempt at getting to know each of their residents. Jennifer S., the Manager, gave every resident special attention and you could tell that she was/​is personally interested in your rental experience. I had a garage which was wonderful, both for my car and extra storage. There is a dedicated pet park which few apartments offer here in Grapevine. My North-​facing balcony gave me a nice view of the fireworks presented by the Gaylord Texan every Friday night in the Summer. In short, I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Grapevine Station! Thanks to all of you for a Fantastic year at GS!
