Not a bad place to shop. Located in Grapevine Mills Mall the prices are at what you would expect of any Gap. The customer service is good at this location and it is also stocked well.

The boys section is very limited in merchandise. For this to be an outlet the prices are not really that cheap. They service is good at the checkout counter and very seldom is there a line. The service on the sales floor is poor, I have never been greeted as I shopped around the store. The clearance section is unorganized.

I’ve been to my fair share of Gap Outlest, and this one was in the middle. The selection was not that great for men’s, and the prices were too high. For being in an actual mall (versus an outlet mall), the quality and quantity could be a little better.

I find myself in this store more often than what I want to… asking my wife «can we go home yet?». LOL
Its a nice size store offering the «outlet» type of merchandise. Don’t go in expecting to find EVERYTHING that you’d normally find in a GAP… but there are quite a few deals to be had. GREAT place to get socks, undies and basics (t-​shirts, caps, etc).
