Went here because they accept non-​married patients. I had two IUI procedures done, non resulted in pregnancy. The nursing staff is great and Dr. Goldstein was professional, but EVERYTHING is done by nurses, including one of my IUI procedures. In order to talk to a doctor you have to schedule and pay for a consultation. They were very accomadating about coming in early for my bloodwork and sonograms during both IUI’s.

My wife and I are so disappointed with our experience. We went here because they were recommended by the HRC as being LGBT friendly. They told us the cost of the initial appointment would be $ 350. Since our insurance doesn’t cover it, we knew we would have to pay out of pocket. We went to the appointment with Dr. Noorhasan and our experience was horrible. She rushed through the appointment, wanted to put my wife on meds for her thyroid when she didn’t have a thyroid issue, and told us with all the blood work we were going to have done she would do a CMV test. Well two weeks later we get all the results back and a bill. There was no CMV test done, they did a genetic test and charged us $ 349 for it, and charged for taking blood. Again, we were told all of this was included in the price of the original appointment. Needless to say, we aren’t going back and don’t recommend.

We used a different clinic when we had our first child. However after the lack of apathy when we attempted our second IVF cycle which failed we went searching for a new clinic. I am so happy to have found Fertility Specialists of Texas and Dr. Chilvers. We felt so comfortable with her from our very first meeting. I feel like I’ve known her forever. She took an great deal of time to educate us on our options and shared statistics nationwide as well as in-​house. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. It worked a little too well… we are expecting twins this summer. Seriously consider Dr. Chilvers if you are in the need for a RE. She will take whatever time she needs to answer your questions. The office staff has been great too.
