Now to Oct the Grapevine location will not have buzz time trivia and poker — possibly eliminated for good at all BWW if test goes well. This on top of raising prices and eliminating double deals. Someone at Corp must think people come here for the food! BRINGBACKBUZZTIME!!!

Some what fast service and I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was great. The price on the wings were way too expensive but the there are reasonably priced items the menu. Besides having only Pepsi products everything was good!

Where should I begin… Hostess took 5 minutes to seat us on a slow evening. Half of the tables had trash on them. We placed our order, and the Mac & cheese sides arrived quickly. Then the waiter tells us the cook just walked off the job and left the kitchen short handed. 20 minutes later, our wings finally arrived, and at least they were hot. I’m giving the place 2 stars: one for the great beer selection, and another for our waiter who really tried to give good service.

I didn’t see anything wrong with this location I got good service and bartender was attentive. I was hesitant based on the other reviews but had a good experience here.

We went here to grab lunch and the service was horrible. There were hardly no one in the place, and the host placed us in the back. Our waitress name Melanie was rude and disrespectful. She took our order, wrote it down and bring out what we didn’t order. She brought us our ticket before we could finished our food and didn’t ask if we needed anything else. Poor customer service skills and we will never be back to this location.

The service was great, the food was good, but none of that matters when you can’t enjoy any of it because as soon as the food comes out its a battle between you and the gnats that immediately swarm your booth or table. We were constantly swatting away the annoying pests and were about to switch booths for the second time when we just asked for a to go box. The manager took care of the bill for us(minus the drinks), but pretty much told us there’s nothing she can do about the bugs. This is the second time we came here and the second time we had an issue with gnats. The first time, they brought out lemons that already had a gnat on them. I just hate to think about what the kitchen area is like when the eating area is already that bad.

Awful. Came here new years eve. The place was almost empty. There were 10 of us. I had unsweetened tea. After one cup, the waiter said they weren’t brewing anymore, so I could have sweetened tea since I put sweetner in my tea anyway. I just took water. Our food took over an hour to come out, and over half of the orders were wrong. Our drinks weren’t refilled for the last 45 minutes. Horrible service, cold food, awful. Our checks were all mixed up. My card was charged for two of our three table tickets. What a mess. Happy new year!

It’s football season, which means we gather up the friends and hit Buffalo Wild Wings for food, friends and football! BWW is smoke free now! Yay!!! We boycotted for a long time because they had smoking, but all of last year we spent pretty much every Sunday here. We love the wait staff here. They know us by name, are so attentive, we never even have to ask for things. I always start with their special Bloody Mary. The wings are great! My favorite sauce is the Asian Zing. BWW has a lot of great beers on tap as well! If you want a place that has great TVs, good wings and beer, stop by! Hope to see you there one Sunday!

Blah. Just blah. The service is fair, almost poor. The food is just okay — there is so much breading on their boneless chicken it is ridiculous, as well as over cooked. The fries were nothing impressive and actually came out cold. We waited 35 minutes for our food to be delivered to our table. THEYWERENOTBUSY! Basically, if you are looking for cheap beer and a place to watch the game — go to BWW.

We stopped off to grab some quick bite here at BBW Grapevine and we decided to be seated outside. 15 minutes after being seatead FINALLY a server came AFTER calling them personally to assist us! ITSNOTEVENBUSY so we don’t understand why its so hard for them to give us service! we would totally understand it if its busy! THEN we just ordered a small(caribean jerk) and snack(parmesan garlic) traditional wings and a ceasar salad. VERYSIMPLEORDER but when they arrive to our table NO caribean jerk was served JUSTPLAIN deep fried chicken and we’re like we ORDEREDFLAVOREDWINGS not BAREFRIED Upon finishing our meal, we waited for another 10 – 15 minutes to receive our receipt. Yet again we had to call over a different server to receive the receipt. Once we received the receipt and waited for the server to pick up our credit card no body was to be seen. We personally went up to the host and asked to pay since its late and got irritated waiting. All in all, we left very displeased with our service and dinner at BWW grapevine, good wings but VERY bad service.

I’ve been to BWWMANY times and I’ve tried different foods each time and have found everything to be so sub-par I“m not sure what the fuss is about. We tried to watch a UFC here, to my objections, and go there before the preliminaries and the place was still full. They do have plenty of TVs for viewing options, but not worth having to get there sooooo early, and especially since the food is below expectations(IMO). Specifics…I’ve had sliders(blah), wings(too thick of a coating for the breading and sauce feels too thick and slimy, had veggie platter where the hummus and sauces is bland). I just can’t stand this place. I try to avoid as much as possible. :(

Pretty blah, but what was I to expect from national chain wings. Went for lunch and they have a pretty nice lunch special with traditional wings fries and ranch or bleu cheese for 10 bucks. The waiter we had was knowledgeable about the heat level of the sauces, but once our food arrived he became Casper the Ghost!

Meh… chain wings spot but they do have some options other than wings which I like. Love their fish tacos and their salads. The potato wedges are good too. This location has a ton of tv screens to watch games and such and they are always doing specials. I will say I do like the naked wings for a healthier choice.

This is a great place to go on game day but you and your buddies need to make sure to be there ATLEAST half an hour before the game starts. This place gets packed and you don’t want to be waiting to get in as the game is going on. A big complaint of mine is the lack of parking. There are some nearby restaurants that specifically prohibit non-customers from parking there. Again, GETTHEREEARLY. That being said, the staff is usually pretty good about checking up on you. They often have to take care of 4, 5+ tables at the same time, so if it takes them a little while to get you your refill, it’s understandable. The food itself is pretty good. I typically don’t like bone-in wings, but this is one of the few places where I will make the exception. Unfortunately, their fries aren’t all that. In fact, unless you just really love regular tasting french fries, I suggest getting something else. Maybe another order of wings?

My wife and I stopped off for a quick bite after the Rangers game. The fact that the Rangers lost 4 – 0 to the Oakland As did not color this review-I promise. We ordered a couple«Diet Cokes» and were presented with Diet Pepsis. Yuck. The server was very sweet and apologized, and offered to bring us something else. We don’t like Diet Pepsi, but didn’t want to be high maintenance and just kept them. We ordered onion rings for appetizers but they arrived about a minute before our dinner order. The Boneless wings are heavily breaded and it seems that all they do is simply toss the mass –fried breaded pieces in the chosen sauce for a moment or two. They were not even completely covered by the sauce. The other half of the order was a dry rub of lemon pepper. Most of the seasoning was in the bottom of the paper tray and the wings were pretty much flavorless. The onion rings were delicious. Perfectly cooked, fresh, served with a dipping sauce that was really good. A bit greasy, but that is what is to be expected with onion rings. My wife’s pulled pork sandwich was delicious, but she said there was too much bread on the bun, so she left off half the bun. Her French fries were perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was very good. The manager even stopped by and apologized for the Pepsi vs Coke thing. No big deal. We were offered dessert and the cinnamon bites looked amazing, but we were stuffed from all that damn breading on the boneless chicken wings. As far as atmosphere, it was LOUD and quite difficult to carry on a normal conversation. There were a number of different football games being shown on several big screen TVs. That is to be expected in a buffalo wing place like this. I didn’t notice much of a cigarette smell this time, but usually the place stinks pretty bad from the smokers over in the bar area. There is no physical barrier between the bar and the dining area. So we pay the bill and as we are leaving the decibel level is shattered. Some guy comes out of the kitchen with a tray, a slice of chocolate cake and a red flashing police light. He starts screaming as loud as you can imagine, walking around the restaurant, going on about somebody’s birthday. Sorry, folks, but I really hate that shit. I guess we left at just the right time. Food was marginal, service was good, but I have to deduct points for our inability to enjoy our experience due to the ridiculous noise and faint cigarette smoke smell. I suggest if you want to eat here either sit outside or take the order to go.

I’ve always like coming to BWW for their wings — they’re sauces are great. However, this was my first time at this location and it was a less than stellar experience. Our waitress was not good. She would disappear for long periods(read empty drinks). We ordered an appetizer and our entrees, she wrote it all down, and then asked«would like to add maybe some mozzarella sticks or potato wedges?». Considering we just ordered an app, and you just wrote it down 30 seconds ago, I would say no, no we don’t need to add another appetizer. :/Same sort of thing happened when she dropped the check: she had already asked we had«saved room for dessert» before she went to get the check, then she literally placed the check on the table and then asked if we wanted to order some such and suches or other such and suches. Like really? I get that waitresses get in autopilot mode(I used to be one), but that was ridiculous. Now, the food. That app we ordered was spinach artichoke dip. First of all, it was tasteless. Second, it was runny. Like liquid. It’s called a dip, not a soup. And third, the worst offense, they microwaved it for way too long and it was served scalding hot. Like burned my tongue and it’s still raw two days later hot. Like still not edible even after entrees were served hot. Definitely will stay away from that one again. The wings were great, but I would expect nothing less from a place known for its wings. We got honey BBQ, spicy garlic, and wild. All were great flavors. Based on the service and that terrible dip, I can’t give this location more than two stars.
