This chain has great burgers on delicious buns, fresh cut fries that are crispy, and delicious tea (sweet or unsweet)!! There are lots of TVs to watch. The restaurant is family friendly with lots of seating. I love all of the choices for toppings on burgers and the offerings for sides.

Burger has great flavor. Choices allow to customize my burger. Fries were a little flat and to Manny with skins and edges but others may appreciate more. Queso was good and recommend as an appetizer

I had take out of BBQ wing and cheese fries. The wings were fine with the BBQ sauce but it was bland on the inside. The cheese fries were a bit disappointing in the fact it was on the dry side even with the melted cheese on it. But for the price its fine. Sort of you get what you pay for. But it does fill you up really quick so it was nice for 4 people.

Got this place on a referral from a very reliable source. They didn’t disappoint. This place is super affordable! Total bill for the 3 of us was 22 bucks! Now to the food…
We got hamburgers. They were some of the best we’ve had! Meat was cooked perfectly and they were the perfect size. If you are really hungry get the double (½ pound). The ¼ pound single is perfect!
The fries: fresh cut and cooked to perfection. Large fry is plenty for 3. Good happy hour specials as well. Check this place out!

This place was okay, it’s affordable and fast but the location is hard to find. I do like the concept of build your own burger I just wasn’t a fan of the food. I did build my own burger and I got it with the lettuce bun but my burger was very dry and had no taste to it. The meat was very rubbery. I didn’t care much about this place and most likely won’t be back.

One thing for sure, this place really caters to your wants! When you walk in, there are a pile of menus and dry erase markers that you can use to mark down what you would like to order, and simply give your menu to the cashier to check you out. This way ensures they have your order perfectly! I love this concept, and it makes it more fun to order as well.
As for the food, I loved my burger! I chose to have the lettuce instead of the bread, and it was by far my best decision. It made the burger much juicier and you stay healthy at the same time. Don’t expect to finish your burger cleanly though. By the time I was done, my wrapper was covered with juice from the meat. The meat and all the toppings I ordered had trouble staying inside the lettuce. We also got guac and chips, and they weren’t the best. I’ve definitely had better guac, but I came here for the lettuce burger, and that impressed me enough to come back!

I like bottlecap! I usually only get their burger and fries, but it is one of my favorites. The prices are good, especially when they run their monthly specials. A good place to also grab a bite to eat and watch sports.

Walked in with really low expectations and was pleasantly surprised at how good the chicken sandwich was. I liked the seasoning they used. I don’t care for the plastic menu with dry erase markers when you walk in, seems like an unnecessary step. Nice retro ambiance and the food was good. Lots of kids here even with a bar in the middle of the restaurant feels family friendly.

The location in grapevine is the best! I was taken there for the first time a couple months ago. I decided to take my kids last week.
They were excited about making their own burgers. The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly.
My daughter ordered wings, expecting them to be boneless. But they don’t carry boneless wings. I decided to go up to the register and see if I could change her order. They had already made her wings but offered to make her some chicken tenders with the wing sauce in it. They were so cool about it. They even gave is the original wings. I offered to pay for the tenders but they wouldn’t let me. When they brought my daughter her tenders they even gave her a basket of fries for free. They were just so nice to us.
They definitely understand the concept of customer service! And we will definitely be going back!

I like the lettuce bun burgers. It’s not too greasy and I can finish my burger h not feeling guilty. I love the concept of build your own burger. You can pick any topings in it. They also have a good fries. This is one of my favorite burger place. I have tried their ice cream Sunday. I wasn’t very impressed by it since the ice cream it’s very runny and it doesn’t have much taste to it

They have the best hamburgers here. I always get the lean and green which is a lettuce bun. Yum

The burgers and fries here are awesome! Great atmosphere and tons of TVs for sports. I’d like the salads to be fresher but that’s my only complaint. All in all its a good place for a cheat meal!

Sweet spot to kick it on the weekends… really on the low key laid back tip. I love the turkey burgers and the meat is perfectly well seasoned and crisp. They also have veggie burgers and specialty kind of burgers but I prefer the build your own. You can pile on all kinds of veggies high and they are mostly free of charge with the exception of bacon and avocado. It’s really hard to find a place that makes a good turkey burger around here but I think I have found my spot! Friendly service and plenty of parking too any time of day. They also have frito pie, chili and other cool things on the menu to explore.

I built my own burger and it was really good! The service is quick and somewhat friendly. The environment is cool, plenty of TV’s! I would come back to try some other menu items for sure!

Bottle Cap is a pretty cool burger place.
I heard about it through a friend, I would have never found it on my own because I think it’s kind of hard to find.
I really like the fact that they give you a sheet for you to mark what items you would want on your burger. Some of them are free and some of them have an up charge.
They also have some classic combinations for a pretty fair price.
The flavor of the burgers is pretty good and their onion rings are off the chain!
They have beer too, so it could be your new hangout spot.

Great lunch spot. Would like to go back for dinner so I could enjoy a beer with my food. Good selection of burgers and sandwiches.
This is a service counter place, so you get your order in quick, than they bring your food out. Service was very quick.

This has quickly become one of my favorite burger joints. You have plenty of TV’s inside, spacious seating, quick service and a nice patio! Combine this together with great food and you have yourself an excellent dining experience.
I like the setup they have here, easy to use menus that let you custom make your own burger. They have a great selection of other items if you don’t like burgers and a few extra special items to add if you like. The burgers are really good! The fries are so so.
Service here is exceptionally fast and friendly. I have to go on a busy night to see if that still applies. This place seems like the perfect place to catch a beer and watch some sports. I’d even go as far as saying it’s perfect for happy hour. Give it a shot.

I’ve been to this location three times since my original review and I have to say none have been as good as the first time. The flavor and consistency of the beef is the big downfall. The beef has a large grind and it doesn’t feel right in the mouth. And as I said, other than the first visit, every subsequent burger fell flat. Based on the four visits I’m changing my rating to a seven. (On the other hand, $ 2.99 for a tall draught PBR almost makes up for it.)

Try the queso! Delish!
Atmosphere is great. Location is great. Yummy food. Reasonable prices. Decent service. Always a coupon somewhere. What more could you ask for?

I will probably go back to try out some more burger combinations but came here to try the Swiss and Mushroom Burger with a side of Onion Rings for lunch.
I don’t know what kind of bread they use but it has a very distinctive texture. Kinda soft, a little flour-​y, the buns remind me of the Mrs. Baird’s buns of my youth but not as cookie-​cutter or sloppy. When I bit into my burger my mind was like, «I never had a burger like this before (in a good way)». The cheese and mushrooms were tasty and I practically inhaled the whole thing. You don’t get the option of having your meat done medium or well, which is one of my personal burger benchmarks, but this was still good.
The onion rings fared less successful, they were mushy not crispy.
The layout seemed to work really well as a sports bar, with a pool table and Ms. Pacman /​Galaga arcade game in the back. The happy hour specials seemed like a good deal too so I’ll have to try it some time.
