Great experience. I’d sent a message late in the evening about fridge repair. I got a call early in the day had an appointment made right away.
It took two trips to fix the fridge because, just our luck, some computer board went kaput. The guy was on time, both trips, and the lady on the phone was friendly and helpful.
I’m sorry our fridge broke, and sorry I forgot to redeem my Unilocal coupon, but not sorry for the service from T & N. I hope I don’t have to call them again, but if something breaks, I will!

Being new to Grants Pass, we had no reliable sources for a reputable appliance repairman. We were told that T&N Appliance were very good so we called them.
Unfortunately, they wrote down the wrong address and phone # and did not show up to repair our washing machine. After I called them, the lady apologized over and over and would send out the Tech immediately. We found out later that the Tech, Justin, was her husband.
Another unfortunate, it would cost too much to justify the repairs. Justin was polite and honest in telling us to not invest the money in the machine and buy a new one.
Have Justin 4 stars in that he couldn’t repair the machine but we really appreciated their professionalism and customer service along with his honesty.
I recommend this company in that they’re customer service and prices are excellent.

Our family L O V E S this Grants Pass business. Having high quality, well running, reliable appliances is an essential part of my job as a stay-​at-​home mother of three boys. The staff at T&N are always willing to help me with any of my home appliance needs. Over the past several years we have bought a refrigerator, stove, and have used their expert advice. This business is our ‘GO-​TO’ for appliance repairs as well – the serviceman is very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend that your next large appliance purchase be from T&N, shop local – shop here!
