Supercuts has been my go-to establishment for haircuts for more than four years… but nevermore. Ever since the previous manager departed, customer service has atrophied — now to the level where it’s intolerable. On my most recent visit, the receptionist — «Miss Nose Ring» as someone else described her — was so intent on carrying on her conversation with a client and stylist that she was abrupt and rude, clearly unhappy that I interrupted her. And the stylist involved in this conversation — Rachel — obviously felt no obligation to those in the waiting area, as she continued to chat long after she had finished with that customer. Maybe it was a meaningful conversation — relevant and deep and engaging. Great, keep talking. But you know, there’s nothing super about the cut. And you can get it elsewhere without the aggravation.

Don’t let anyone cut your hair here except Sally. She is the BEST. Makes you feel as if you are the only person whose hair she is going to cut that day. The Salon is clean and well organized. Cannot say much for the Receptionist«Miss Nose Ring», but just ignore her and focus on what Sally is doing and saying. The advice that she gives you for your hair care is always 100% spot on!

I asked for a high fade and got a damn high & tight. I said nip the tips, she cuts all my fucking hair off. Don’t Go Here

I drove all over town looking for a place and everyone was busy, called super cuts and they got me and my daughter in right away. Love the hair cut, the girls in there are really nice. It’s clean. Everything thing you’d ask for

Terrible. the lady didn’t even come close to what I asked for. Told her I wanted 1 – 1.5 inches on top, fade down the side to .5 inches on the bottom. I thought it was simple, right? Nope. She seemed to understand what I wanted and started getting ready. Then, before I could correct her, she used the shortest setting on the clippers to shave a line all the way up the side of my head to the crown. No turning back now. She finished the sides, and moved to the top and cut it down to something between .5 and 1 inch. I didn’t make a scene or anything, as that won’t fix the problem. I didn’t even say anything about it not being what I wanted. The only thing that led me to write this, is this is at least the 4th time a stylist disregarded everything I said and just did their own thing. Now my hair is too short and looks ridiculous, again. It’s the last time I go to supercuts.

I went in without an appt. waited less than 5 minutes. They were very friendly. She took her time, wasn’t rushed. She gave me a great haircut! When you find someone you like, get their name & # for the future! I did!

I agree with Linda H. And I add that this particular salon seems to go through stylists pretty quickly. I’ve received the best haircut of my life there, but unfortunately, that stylist is now gone. I just received the worst I’ve ever had. The stylist spent the whole time complaining that her hands, back, hips, shoulders hurt from her work and was excited that she would be leaving soon for a job elsewhere. After I got home and dried my hair, it looked like she had just stopped clipping about ½ way through the cut. I went back the next day because they guarantee their work and I tried to get it touched up. Unfortunately, now it looks even worse. So I guess I’ll be wearing a hat until I can grow it all back out again. Won’t be going back.

I rarely get a professional haircut, usually either cutting my own hair or asking a friend to do it. I’m not particular about my hair, realizing that whatever happens, it will grow out and nothing is permanent. But I decided to try Supercuts last week instead of tackling my head on my own. The hairdresser was very nice and listened to what I wanted(pretty much just layered hair, nothing fancy). I understand that this is a walk-in salon, not necessarily the most upscale. But I’m not an upscale hair client either. The problem was that the second worker went on break and she was the only person in the shop. During my haircut, she left me six times to address the needs of others who walked in, selling products to one woman, arranging cuts for others and so on. Each time she’d come back to me, cut a little more, then be interrupted again. Given these working conditions, she could not be expected to remember what she’d done already and what still needed to be done. When she finished, my cut was incomplete, with whole sections uneven. At no time should a single person be left to both serve the individual client and also answer phones, sell product and schedule other clients. I won’t be back. Sharpening up my scissors at home.
