I went back here for a follow up visit (which the office required after having my teeth cleaned) to have a consultation with Dr. Steven. He reviewed the x-​rays taken during my cleaning and did a thorough examination which was fine. The reason why I am downgrading my rating for them is because I wasn’t told that there would be a charge when I had to make this «mandatory» follow up visit. It feels like they make you do another office visit just to squeeze some extra money out of you.
Also for any new patients, a word of caution here: They will ask you some question like «If money wasn’t an option, what would you like to change about your smile or mouth?» Obviously this is a ploy on how to up-​sell you on their many specialty services (which probably also come with a nice price tag to boot).
Like I said before, the staff is very nice and professional, I just don’t like how they are not upfront with you on certain charges.
