Wife and I visited today, had driven up from Crescent City. Upon arriving one of the sales guys ran after us, and I said ‘we got to hit the bathroom first’. We had driven for 2 hours, and simply needed to visit the bathroom. Came out, and you would think we were criminals! This guy with a beard by the front door looked at us like we had three heads. We looked at a car in the showroom briefly while this guy (beard guy) just stared at us in the most odd way, my wife and I looked at each other and I said ‘let’s go somewhere else’. The place really gave me the creeps, and would not visit again — that much is for sure. Also, the one car we looked at in the showroom was locked. That is just plain weird.

From the moment of the first phone call this place stands out for it’s friendly service and no-​pressure sales. After feeling beat up at another car dealership the day before, I drove up with my son to look at a particular car that we found on Craigslist. The car was perfect, in pristine condition and the transaction was smoother and more stress-​free than with any other car I’ve purchased in the last 40 years of driving. Left at the end with handshakes and a hug all around — how often does a car purchase feel like visiting a friend — getting a fair price for my trade in and a fair price to purchase with no tricks or gimmicks. Thanks so much — love my new car.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Ray made the process super quick and easy. Love my car and got a good deal. Everyone there is really nice. Usually at car lots I feel pressured but here they never pressured us. Will definitely be going back whenever I get another vehicle.

This is the best /​easiest vehicle buying experience I have had.
I was looking for a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. When I went to Lithia’s website I saw one in a gorgeous (and rare) blue for an amazing price. At first I thought it was a «loss leader» designed to bring people into the dealership, but II called to confirm that that exact vehicle was on the lot at that price, and the salesman (Shane Thomas) said it was. He invited me down to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive.
Shane walked me through all the features and took me on a long test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very friendly.
When we returned I said I would take it. He ended up getting an extended warranty added on for the same (low) monthly price.
I know when I need to buy another Jeep, I will contact Shane.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Within hours of putting up my initial review, I received a Unilocal message from the Lithia GP General Manager, Ronald C., and a phone call from Wes Fauver, the Service Manager.
Wes explained that he had spoken directly with the service technician who had worked on my van, and that the tech truly believed that the car needed this additional service. Wes emphasized that Lithia GP was not trying to sell me unnecessary services, but rather that, in the service tech’s professional opinion, the service was needed.
I was pleased to receive such prompt responses to my Unilocal review, and even though Wes and I agreed to disagree about whether or not the van needed the additional service, I am bumping my review up to 4-​stars because of the quick warranty repair, awesome helpfulness of Ms. Andrea Medlin, and a follow-​up phone call from Wes Fauver to discuss a customer’s potential unhappiness.

Would give them 0 stars! Estimated wait was 45 minutes on express oil change — took over 90 MINUTES! Specifically asked them to check air filter, did NOT happen!
