Liquor Stores

I’m a guest to this area and only found this store via Unilocal.I think they were locking up at 7 when I pulled up but they unlocked the doors to let me get my purchases. It’s a true liquor store: no beer sold. But an impressive selection of bottles for sure.

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have given you plenty of chances to improve on your customer service, it lacks big time. Not only do you not say «Hi anything I can help you with» or «have a nice night.» those little things go a long way especially in customer service WAKE UP. You guys suck in that area. The guy that works there needs a raise he is the only one that does his job making sure the customer is happy.
Last time I was there no greeting nada zilch. I got my purchase stood in line while the two ladies talk among themselves about personal issue one conversation child care custody big whoop do your job, While the line gets longer and they get slower the guy working there jumps in the other register and starts getting things rolling KUDOS to that. I don’t want to be ignored, no eye contact, no personality once so ever.
I am officially boycotting you, I will no longer be a customer
I am shopping at the one off of 238 they at least they care about there customers even if I have to drive farther to get there.
Come on owners see what is happening there. Secret shopper, cameras then you will see for yourself and not be in lala land.

Not only did the staff help us out by grabbing cases in back of Ever Clear, they made sure to load everything up in carts and helped us to the car. They even loaded in the car after we tried to insist on doing it ourselves. Meanwhile, there was a lot of friendly chit chat and such.
Thank you local liquor store, for making a good trip even better. This ones to you. (We even poured a little out for you).
