With all the negative reviews, we just keep getting good food. Their Hunan Chow Mein and General Tao’s Chicken is above average. I’ve had better but here in town, they rank in the top 3. Very polite and courteous employees.

Decent food depending on what you order, I wouldn’t try the sushi this place is just never busy enough to look like they have fresh fish on a regular basis. My biggest frustration is their customer service. I order from this place mostly take out and the younger guy who works there is so rude on the phone. When I finally went in to pick up my food he was even being rude to the back up wait staff in front of their customers, very unprofessional I thought.

Walked into a mostly empty restaurant at 9 pm on Halloween. Service was quick. The problem was the sushi. I don’t recall what my husband ordered but my Las Vegas roll was in editable. I have never had sushi served that has a weird fish taste. Needless to say I did not eat my roll and the waitress seemed uninterested in asking why I clearly had 99%of my food on my plate and did not want a box. I cannot speak to the test of the menu but I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for sushi

Worst teriyaki Chicken I ever ate. Cabbage was nothing but core. why? Chicken was too tough to cut with fork and dry and uneatable. Had to pay for tea, too. Bill over $ 22 for 2 plus tip. If I could give less than one star, I would. not worth it. P. S. Teriyaki sauce had too much corn starch and had a weird taste.

Pretty disappointed with, well… everything. Only customer in and food still took a while. Ask for tea, got pot of hot water with one tea bag. Gen Tso was bland and pork fried rice was worse than my wife’s. And she burns toast.

6 of us ate there on a whim. We won’t do it again. We all agreed that the food was a bit less than average. From the sushi to the teriyaki chicken to the doubleface noodles. The only reason for the 2 stars was the pot stickers…

My husband and I were taking a trip through the area. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. They gave us a list of restaurants that deliver. We called and placed our order, we gave our visa card number and were told the order would arrive in 45 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes my husband called and inquired about our order. He was told that they were too busy and would NOT be delivering our food! It was unbelieveable. We travel quite a bit and have ordered service to our hotels in the past This was a first! Horrible experience.

My husband and I are quite astonished with this place. The service was phenomenal, the food was very delectable, and the wine was amazing. The service was honestly, just right. Not too much to where it’s an annoyance, but not too little to where you’re wondering for 35 minutes where your waitress is. I ordered the teriyaki chicken which has amazing flavor and the cabbage and carrots that came with it were very crisp and fresh. The white rice was cooked to perfection; not too sticky but not too dry. My husband ordered the orange chicken, which was phenomenal! It is by far, the best, orange chicken we’ve had so far in the town of Grants Pass. It’s not too much orange, and it has a ton of flavor! We also ordered the miso soup, which compared to Umi comes second best, but they did their best and it was actually quite good. No, we ordered the Po Po platter, which was very delicious and we will definitely be getting that again! The general environment for this restaurant was very relaxing and calming, and very clean. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and I wasn’t overwhelmed as soon as I walked in which is very nice for a decent dinner out. We will definitely recommend this place to others as well as continue to eat here. Thank you for your great service and your delicious food.

Definetly won’t be eating here again. Portions are smaller than before. Food doesn’t taste as fresh, and yummy. I didn’t even dare to have the sushi. And service was fair.

There are a few times in life when a meal is expertly crafted and it changes your life. This is not one of those times. I ordered the black pepper lamb and it was over salty and very rich. Also came with carrots(not specified on the menu). Ordered some chow main as well, that was better but still lacking something in something. The complimentary soup was my favorite part of this meal. Won’t be coming back anytime soon

This is worse than Panda Express. We ordered Mushu Pork and Salmon Teriyaki as a dinner special. It was really disappointing how poor the quality of meat and produce were. Also the balance of flavors was just way way off and the dishes were incredibly over salted. The mushu pork was almost inedible because it was so salty and greasy. The«teriyaki salmon» was like a frozen puck of mechanically separated meat that has been molded to look like a cut of fish. It almost seemed like imitation salmon. It was tasteless and topped with a thick gelatinous teriyaki sauce. I get the feeling that the employees really don’t care — as we got the wrong soup and the wrong bill. I will never be back.

They used to be pretty good but now their food is disgusting. The side salad was with clear, previously frozen iceberg lettuce that looked like it was a week old. The service was terrible. I won’t go back there again. Unfortunate they went downhill.

The food is always good. You can’t beat their lunch specials. SO much food for dirt cheap! The atmosphere is far nicer than any other Chinese restaurant in Grants Pass. I only gave 4 stars because their sushi leaves something to be desired.

If your looking for an authentic dish like Kung po Shrimp … Keep Looking. Ordered what was described to be Kung Pow Shrimp ‘lightly battered, and fried to a «Crisp» If you what real Chinese food is like … Go back to where you know. This place not worth the stop. When I mentioned how disappointed I was, the waitress explained that sometimes an order to go just sits around that’s maybe why soggy??? We sat there expecting FRESH not Re-Heated! WTF! And they wouldn’t even offer to adjust bill. Next time I’ll go to WalMart to look for Chinese before going back there. Bad business.

Finally, some decent Chinese food in the valley! This place has a great interior– very contemporary and chic plus I loved the saltwater aquarium. We started with edamame which were perhaps oversteamed a smidge too much, but it didn’t stop us from eating them all. We also split vegetarian sushi that was very flavorful and good. We got the lunch specials. I had the beef curry, which I ordered spicy. It came with«chow mein»(it was really lo mein), fried rice, and eggroll, so a full plate of food. I enjoyed the lo mein the most. My entrée was decent, but not really spicy, but it’s Chinese food, not Thai, so I have to take that into consideration. The eggroll and rice were both decent. My boyfriend had broccoli and tofu and he seemed quite content. We had all of this food, plus a pot of hot tea, and it only cost $ 23. I mean, what a deal. We were stuffed and very much enjoyed this place and will definitely return!

At first, I was very skeptical about this place because it located in Grants Pass & at the mall. I had Cashew Chicken(Lunch Special), it wasn’t bad at all. I like that they ain’t cheap on the Cashew nuts! :)
