Flooring Creations

I just realized I never wrote a review for this place, so I will remedy that right away… our realtor reccommended him to us when we moved here, he came out promptly and gave us an estimate to tear out most of our downstairs carpet and to install laminate flooring. Our house is over a 100 years old, and it was badly run down in the early 1980’s when it received a remodel/​restoration. Much of the downstairs had been repaired in a half assed manner, and covered in carpet. When Michael was tearing out carpet, he discovered how uneven the floor was, and had to build up sections with thin plywood. He did the job as if it were his own house, he cleaned up after his work everyday and showed me what he was doing, and why it was done! We ended up so pleased that we had him come back out and do a stairway and upstairs hallway in matching laminate. He also made it quite clear that if had any problems with the work, he would fix it to our satisfaction. We are 100% satisfied with his work, and he priced the job at a reasonable rate!
