Cory’s used to be my go to rental company years ago, they were fair, decently priced, and generally pretty pleasant. Now with the new employees, I would recommend to steer clear. Charmaine seems nice but she blatantly lies to your face. And be prepared to have to call their number about 40 times during business hours until they pick up. My last apartment was also infested with mold and they wouldn’t do a thing about it. I would rather live in my car than rent through them again.
