A-1 Auto Glass Div of Redwood Glass Service

Patio slider door lock broke this a.m. Had to put a stick in the door channel to keep it secure. Called Tom at Redwood Glass about 0900. «No problem… we have the correct lock and will send out tech this morning to repair»
An hour later… the door is fixed. Good thing, because company coming today and it would be awkward to keep moving the stick until Monday or later.
Fine customer service… highly recommended. Reasonable invoice for lock and service call.

Redwood Glass replaced half the windows in our home about two years ago and we were impressed with their work. We recently had the available funds to replace the rest of the windows and of course called Redwood Glass back. Not sure what has happened in the last couple of years but the same installers returned to complete our house. This time they were slow to respond and when they did they sped through the job doing sloppy and incomplete work. We paid them $ 500 additional for trim and painting. The paint job was incomplete and horrible. I am now repainting everything they did. Won’t have them back again! Its always a big disappointment when one of our few remaining local businesses allows their workmanship to fall to poor standards.

Good job and great service on a window glass replacement on our home today. Their office is near our home. I was nicely greeted and served in the office on a recent visit. The estimate was done quickly and the final work was completed in our absence as well. The person who came to do the work was friendly, personable, and respectful of our home. Thanks

Tom in the office was incredibly helpful and took time with me to understand all the «ins & outs» about windows I ordered. And when it came time to installation, Daryl and James did the job quickly, efficiently, and made sure I was happy with the installation.
