I cannot say enough good things about this little Auto Body shop. My husband got rearended awhile back… we took the car in and asked that they be kind… that the car was a 2005 Honda and we didnt want to spend a lot of money on it. That we had liability but not collision, and the moron that had rearended us had ZERO insurance…
We got the car back and he’d popped the damage out and touched things up and it looked almost as good as new! It was a very minimal charge too! We were so happy!
Then just a day or so ago I went in to ask if he knew what would take spraypaint off without damaging the paint underneath. We had bought a bike that had been spraypainted… I’d researched on the net and we had bought one of every single item recommended as well as wierd things like brake fluid and oven cleaner — no joy. He whips out a spray bottle and a rag and pumps something onto the piece I’d brought and 1 minute later its like brand new! THEN, he took me next door to the Napa place and picked out the Auto Strength Lacquer Thinner product that he’d used… talk about going the extra mile! My husband is in seventh heaven with how wonderful this is working to take the paint off without stripping the old paint underneath!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT OWNS IT. What a sweetheart!

They did a great job on my Toyota after some jerk tried to turn left onto the hwy and side swiped my rear quarter panel.
Pilchuck Auto Body matched the paint color perfectly and you can’t even tell where the old and new parts meet.
Bruce was so helpful and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs, and even paid for an additional day of the rental car.
