They show you a apt which is nice. However, the apartments have multiple issues. I have only lived here a few months. They have misplaced rental payments, I have as well as neighbors had leaks they delayed in repairing. Which exposed us to mold or electrical issues. I have had personal appliances blow out because of their electrical problems. Then they refuse to replace them will have to go to small claims court. They can’t keep the same ppl in the office 4 ppl in 2 years I was told. They are rude in the office. The maintenance men aren’t certified or they wouldn’t need to keep coming back every other week to fix what they say was repaired. Stuck by a lease. Prices are affordable and I only suggest moving here if your other option is being homeless.
