Julie Smith and Associates

My husband and I are using Julie to help with our new home in Truckee. She worked on the house of some friends of ours and it is gorgeous!
So far Julie and her staff has been fantastic. I was dreading being faced with a gazillion choices of stone and colors, etc, etc. But the minute you tell Julie you don’t like something or do like something, she really listens and gets it. And you don’t have to keep reminding her you don’t like colors, or textures, etc.
I am quite excited to see our house in several months once done. :) And plying us with fruit, cheese and champagne while we make decisions is GENIUS! I want to go back for more meetings now instead of dreading more decisions!
Oh, and she lets us bring our huskies inside while we meet. They sniffed the place and then napped on her cool floor while me met. They approve as well :)
