My wife and I were referred to Joyce at Awanna through a colleague at my office. While we have yet to take our cruise(its in about 30 days), Joyce and the folks at Awanna have been efficient but somewhat perfuntory. I had hoped for some more personalized service including excursion reccomendations and upgrade updates but it seemed like we had to follow-up with them a lot. Maybe we will be surprised when we get on the boat, but for now its just 3 stars.
