These guys are knowledgeable however their organization and management is severely lacking. Our job took over a year to complete. We were told it would take 2 — 3 weeks. They never seemed to have the right part or person available to finish our job.
I want to stress that the installers were fantastic. They were kind, knowledgeable and considerate. It was the management, scheduling, and parts ordering/​organization that needs improvement.
