The food is almost always delicious, and I’m happy to say their service is getting better. A while back we waited a long time for the good to be ready, while the whole restaurant had to listen in on all the conversations of the staff(up front). This time they were all about customer service. I’m glad because for being ‘Express’ it sure can take a while sometimes. Overall I go back for the food.

Good quick Chinese food. I have been here several times and the staff has always been friendly, food fresh and clean surroundings. I do enjoy sit down Chinese restaurants better but when in a hurry this does the trick.

If you have the drunk munchies or need greasy food for a hangover, this place is for you! Have had both good and bad experiences here. Sometimes you get warm food, but normally by the time I get home(about a 2 mile drive) it is cold. Crab rangoons are gross! Literally taste like cream cheese globs. Staff is pretty rude. Arrived at 9pm and was told that they would not make anymore food, even if it was just for my order. Just go to another Chinese place!

Do not go here. The place is very dirty. The garbage cans were full, the tables were dirty, every one of them, and the floors were sticky. It took me 13 minutes to get through the line and the staff didn’t seem to care. The management should sincerely consider closing this establishment because it is giving all panda expresses a bad name. Never again will I give this place my business. I could look past all the disgusting conditions if the staff and the people behind the counter werent so incredibly rude. I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could.

Kids loved it… It was ok to me. Would of been nice to have a little better service. Guy who was scooping her food was kind of short with the kids and didn’t smile at all

The food was very dry and bland. Asked if we could get some fried chicken pieces without sauce on it already for our 3 year old and was told no even though they had some in the fryer already that hadn’t been tossed in sauce yet. Our food was put on a tray that had something sticky on the edge and bottom so when I grabbed it I had mysterious old sticky gunk on my hand. Shows how well they are doing dishes! The tables were also all dirty and there was no one waiting to be served so they definitely had 5 minutes to go out and wipe down tables. Will definitely not be going back! China Max in the mall is a million times better!!!

I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times and and have had both plenty of food and great tasting food while never waiting in line longer than 5 minutes.

Horrendous experience. At home now w no food. I’ll survive on Frozen entre tonight. Stupid service low on everything 5 people in line in front of me got very little food — most of them were take out customers and stood behind cashier waiting for their««low» items. I wanted Beijing beef and it wasn’t just low but not offered at all. You must order and wait. Presumably with the others that decided to wait on dinner at 8:36 pm. Their excuse — low flow of customers doesn’t dictate having food ready to serve at night. They also mentioned not wAnting to throw away extra food at end of night. I know that’s a shame, but there’s got to be an answer — possibly a Christian shelter or food kitchen. I heard the mortgage on this place is $ 50000 per month(in gr press few months back). With this kind of service at 8:30 at night — and I’m not alone here — this place will be gone faster than I could get back in my vehicle and go elsewhere.

We like the food here. But this us the 4th time we have asked for something they were low on. Told it would be 4 minutes or so, and they would bring it to our table when done. And then waited 12 to 15 minutes, and still had to go and ask for it. And this time we are the only people eating in the dining area and are sitting in front of the cashier!

Better off getting mall Chinese in rivertown! Don’t waste your time and money. Disappointed and was very sick afterwards.

This Panda Express is in a nice, newer building with lots of seating both indoors & out. My main problems with this location are the placement of where you line up to order food and the portion sizes. If the line is long, it winds through the main entrance which makes it awkward for people coming & going. Also, the portion sizes are dependent on the staff– some give you large scoops of food and some don’t. They need to be more consistent with portion sizes! Sometimes I feel like they even give the guys more food! The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to either… granted this is a chain Chinese restaurant, but the food used to have more flavor and taste fresher. Now it’s just bland and greasy. Plus, a lot of the main entrees are $ 1.25 extra(shrimp, ribs, some beef dishes) I give them props for adding a tea station to promote beverages other than soda, but I’ve never seen anyone order one! They do pass out samples from time to time. We mainly eat here when my hubby is craving some orange chicken, but we usually leave regretting it… neither full nor satisfied.

If you are going to open a restaurant, it helps to have at least half of the items on the menu. I went there around six and more than half of the items were out of stock. The food I did have was tasty but not my first choice of what I actually wanted to eat.

If you don’t love Panda Express you don’t love America! I would give anything for a Panda Express that was open late night downtown. The orange chicken is where its at! I’ve been hooked on PE since I was a youth growing up out west. It’s not a high-end gourmet restaurant it’s fast Asian food.

If you are in need of a colon cleanse, this is the right place to go. Bland food, horrible crab rangoons, and the fried rice was gross! Never again!

Found a used alcohol swab in my chow mein. Even though, I was disgusted I told the lady and she apologized and fixed a new plate. So, I was content. But, there was no orange chicken available so she said I would have to wait and she would bring it over. So minutes later, I had to go up and ask for it. And it came in this small, tiny box where it looks like only 2 pieces would fit. Not happy.

Horrible. The food was somehow simultaneously overcooked but served cold. I don’t know how this place is always so uncomfortably crowded when I go here with the poor food. Kung Pao chicken was cold and bland. Orange chicken was cold, overcooked to the point of being crunchy, and bland. They were perpetually out of rice. Had to wait for the next batch to be made two visits in a row. Sadly, the rice seemed to be the most edible part of any meal I had there. On one visit, I happened to sit next to two employees that must have been on lunch break. All they could do is gossip and complain about their job, their hours, the management, etc. Right in earshot of at least five customers. Although I pity them for their job prospects, it’s bad form to complain in front of customers. This«Chinese» restaurant is full of suburban soccer moms and kids who sadly don’t know any better than to eat the bad food and like it. Stay away from this stressful, soul destroying location.

This is the basic example of Panda Express. Easy, fast Chinese food served line /cafeteria style. They give you good sized servings and the food when I stopped here during lunchtime was hot and ready to go. Staff seemed about average — not overly friendly but the usual for fast food type fare

If you want good, tasty, satisfying food in your belly, this is not the place for you. The food wasn’t even mediocre at best and the fact that most of it was served cold didn’t help. The staff was polite, but you could have the nicest staff in the world and it wouldn’t make up for the disappointing cuisine.
