Overall bad experience at the Staples Copy and Print center. Took 3 separate trips and 4 attempts to print an oversized poster correctly. They did offer me a complete refund because they messed it up so much. Also they have 2 employees working in the whole store and constantly seem to be understaffed. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I brought a package in that had prepaid Fedex shipping to return a printer to Epson for a warranty repair. I had placed the printer in all of the foam packaging and plastic that the replacement printer had been shipped in.
When I presented the package to the staff for shipment, I allowed them to look into the box to confirm its contents and that it was packaged correctly. They said that there was not enough packing in the box, even though it was the same packing material that the printer was shipped to me in by Epson. They charged me over $ 4 to stuff some packing paper into the box before they would let me ship it. Sad money grab, Fedex. Sad.
