Well not as bad as the previous reviewer, last year when I was out of the country my wife had a stamped concrete patio installed. After delaying week after week his crew finally showed up. The patio didn’t turn out bad, but when they were sealing it, they apparently used garden sprayers and spayed over the back of my house. Also, there were footprints in the patio and inconsistent stamps. He also promised a wall next to the patio, which he never completed. He left gravel and dirt everywhere and destroyed a good percentage of my lawn. I should have never paid him, but he kept asking my wife while I was gone. I tried for months to have him come out and paint the house and fix the issues. When finally he sent someone out, that person agreed with all of the issues, but told me that Westphahl would most likely not fix them. When I finally got a hold of him, he refused to paint the back of the house. So I said screw it and painted it myself. Avoid at all costs. I should have known he was unprofessional when I met him.

Worst experience ever that has ended up costing me over 15k to fix the mistakes. Wilbur did the concrete removal and replacement by our pool. He used heavy equipment to remove it and cracked a bunch of the pool tile and brick coping. He left rebar and metal pieces in the bottom of the pool that rusted out the plaster and also chunks of concrete that have adhered to the bottom. The price to repair my disaster is $ 15,000. He put a french drain in incorrectly so we had to pay someone else to remove it. Did a horrible front retaining wall that we paid to have someone fix… are you getting the idea? I am scarred for life over this experience and do plan on suing, but know that the man has no money so will most likely will get nothing. Please do your homework on this guy, come to find out he has had more than one lawsuit against him.
