Elvin’s Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

We recently replaced our furnace and air-​conditioner using Elvin’s Ref. We really enjoyed the no pressure sales approach that Elvins took when working with us. He explained there options for us to choose based on what our needs were as a consumer. He asked several questions to gain a better understanding of hour our old system was working and if we had any issue with the way it had worked in the past. I explained that the upstair never seemed to get cool enough in the summer or warm enough in the winter. Elvin talked to us about an electronic damper system that would help alleviate that issue while not causing our system to have to work inefficiently to meet our comfort needs. We went with the middle of the road priced system along with the electronic damper system. Our heating bills this winter have been less than they were last year and we love our system. The technicians who installed our unit were very professional and efficient. The best part was that Elvin followed up with us a few weeks later to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction.
