Both my mom and I were longtime clients, and after they moved to the Lake Dr location the service quickly went downhill. We both went yearly, and the last three years we always had to wait 15 minutes or more in the waiting room. The last time I went I waited 45 minutes, my mom’s last visit on a different day was 1.5 hours. Nobody said anything or apologized any of the times. That last visit, I had my eyes dilated and was told by Dr. Ford that he’d be right back… an hour later (seriously, an hour) I went out into the hall and had to try to find someone. Again, no apologies. I understand emergencies happen but it just was ridiculous. Some of the front desk staff were very rude, as well. Dr. Ford was very nice but making patients wait like that with no explanation or apology is very unprofessional and just plain annoying. Once I could take, but not three years running. Look somewhere else.
