Tom did a good job with fixing my broken tension spring. It took him less then an hour to have our door up and running again.

I called Tom this morning after our garage would not open. He asked a few questions, and knew right away what was wrong. A few hours later he was at my house fixing the problem (snapped spring). Thankfully, he was able to take care of it for a very reasonable price (originally I was thinking the whole door would need to be replaced, so this was a relief), and was also able to fix a few things the original installer did not do correctly. The spring installed was clearly superior to the original one, and I felt that he took extra time to make sure the whole door was in good working order (not just fixing the problem and jetting out). I would absolutely suggest anyone call him for quick service that is fairly priced, but more importantly thorough and solid.
