Starbucks

Maybe it was a bad day for the crew, maybe bad Karma or stars weren’t aligned just right…
Two folks on duty weren’t particularly busy, but weren’t interested in customer service, either. Grouchy, uncommunicative person took my order and money without the usual Starbucks positivity.
Barista handed me a short latte in a grande cup. When I asked him to make me a whole drink, he filled the cup all right, with cold milk. With a flight to catch, didn’t have time to ask for a re-​make, and threw my $ 5 drink in the garbage. Yikes! Won’t go there again without an extra fifteen minutes to supervise the operation.

Ordered a Venti soy latte, they didn’t take my free drink reward. Tried to reload my gold card, nope! Couldn’t bring my drink pass security either. Burnt my tongue drinking a steaming hot latte in 5 minutes. There is coffee for purchase after tsa check.

Stopped in here for a dose of caffeine after disembarking from a flight from Chicago — before heading out to the rental cars.
Ordered an iced triple shot latte with whole milk. Drink was strong and delicious! The girls here make some good drinks! Just what my brain cells ordered!
