The employees are great. The machines are clean.

I’ve been going to the Breton Road HQ location for over 2 years. It is convenient and I have had no problem with the quality or effectiveness of their cleaning process. They have a great café there, too! HOWEVER, I am done with their customer service or lack of. Today was the last straw — frequently I would have to question the pricing since it changes. Posted specials wouldn’t apply (usually my drop-​off date was the excuse) or «if I’d only brought the item» in on «Pants Wednesday» (which is posted nowhere — in over 2 years no one ever mentioned «Pants Wednesday».Apparently a drop off on Wednesday is cheaper). There will be unanticipated upcharges (which was one of today’s explanations and it was only a pair of pants). I prefer to do business with a cleaners who is upfront and transparent — not to be found at this cleaners.

Our washer broke down and we had a few days before delivery. I got a tip that this location was much more than a dry cleaner — and that turned out to be quite an understatement.
This is a laundromat, café and general relaxation center with immaculate accommodations, including flat screen televisions, comfy couches and chairs and an indoor/​outdoor fireplace to top it all off. The staff is very friendly and can help you figure out how to operate the equipment if needed. The laundromat space is stocked with 4 wheeled carts and nice large tables for folding your clean clothes. The place is also immaculately clean.
You need to preload a card with $$ for use at the machines, $ 2.50 per regular load of laundry and $ 0.50 per 15 minutes of dry time in an enormous dryer. I spent $ 10 for a weeks worth of laundry for a family of 4 — pretty cheap for all you get.
Whether you need to do laundry in a pinch or have a regular need, I would highly recommend this place. It’s light years ahead of the mid-​century facilities of their competitors. Also, bring your iPad — the wifi is free and the signal is strong.
